Make a Gift to National POLST
Every bit matters! Thank you for helping us do more. National POLST’s main source of income is grants (about 94%), an indication of the worthiness of our mission and projects in the eyes of many foundations. However, grant awards are all short term: when the project ends, so does the funding. We have no endowment or sustained source of funds. About 5% of our support comes from state POLST programs, and individual donations make up about 1%. Your support is critical to our work to ensure that seriously ill and frail patients receive the care they need, when they need it.
