Patient Choice and Quality Care Act of 2017

On June 7, 2017, Congressman Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) introduced The Patient Choice and Quality Care Act (PCQCA) of 2017 to the House. Sponsors of this Act are Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), Rep. Blumenauer, Rep. Phil Roe, MD (R-TN), and Senator Mark Warner (D-VA).

On June 9, 2017, Senator Warner introduced the bill into the Senate.
