In two recent posts (here and here), we reported that the Connecticut legislature had held a hearing to consider the creation of a MOLST Pilot Project. Since then, the Connecticut General Assembly’s Public Health Committee unanimously reported out HB No. 6521, the MOLST Pilot Project bill. The bill will next be considered by the Connecticut House and then the Connecticut Senate. If the bill is passed, there is a distinct possibility that a Connecticut MOLST Pilot Project may be underway by October 2013.
